Unfair to Senator Mar Roxas

With all due respect to parties concerned, it appears that Senator Mar Roxas may have been unwittingly placed in an awkward situation when he lauded a move by the Supreme Court slapping a temporary restraining order on a preliminary injunction imposed by a lower court against the passport project of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
