Mar denies blocking of biofuels bill
Senator Mar Roxas Saturday vehemently denied that he is blocking the Biofuels Act and has adopted the Caltex-Chevron position against the mandatory blending of biofuels, which includes ethanol from sugarcane. (The Visayan Daily Star)
